Billie Burke as Glinda the Good Witch in 1939’s The Wizard of Oz
saw Oz the Great and Powerful today. wasn’t a Baum bomb, but didn’t exactly have the right magic either. I give it an ‘N’ for ‘nice try’, but also a ‘U’ for ‘unnecessary’. there’s truly only one Oz screen adventure, and they should just keep it that way
