saw three films at Film Forum last night: Buster Keaton’s Our Hospitality (hilarious!), Josef von Sternberg’s Blonde Venus (decent, although child actor Dickie Moore somehow upstaged co-stars Marlene Dietrich & Cary Grant!), and our favorite of the evening – the Clara Bow pre-code talkie (and her 2nd to last film) 1932’s Call Her Savage. she was so dang saucy and beautiful in the film, and it was an utter treat just to hear her speak!!! wish she never quit acting and speaking!!
