Picture Snatcher sees James Cagney going from ex-con to ‘ace’ photographer at a big city tabloid. He’ll do anything to get the big picture, for newspaper pal Ralph Bellamy, while chasing after ‘jailbait’ love interest Patricia Ellis, but not having any love interest in Alice White (big mistake in our opinion!!)
Hard To Handle finds Cagney scheming left and right, creating public spectacle and frenzy, and collecting cash and trouble at every turn. But the only thing troubling him is landing the love of Mary Brian, and the approval of her gold-digging mother Ruth Donnelly. Claire Dodd co-stars
