Miss Elsie C Hajicek, of Chicago, Illinois with the wreath which she placed on the tomb of Woodrow Wilson at the National Cathedral today. She represented the Civil Legion now in convention at the Mayflower Hotel. She unveiled the monument to Woodrow Wilson in Prague, Czechlosovakia, last year. Her father is E.F.
