Indiana artists, and members of the faculty, etc. attending an art exhibit held in the Indiana University Student Building during Commencement week. According to the 1932 Commencement program the art exhibit was a regional exhibit preliminary to the State’s art exhibit which was to be held the following year at the Century of Progress Exposition in Chicago. The Indiana Daily Student reported that 102 paintings and 4 carvings were on exhibit including After the Frost by Lucie Hartrath, Shadowed Stream by Carl Graf, Still Life by Harry Engel, and October in the Hills by V.J. Cariani.
