“Keiichi Tanaami-San is a very important figure in the pop art world and we were honored to be working with him on this animation for Sephora,” says Lina Kutsovskaya, VP Executive Creative Director. “He was fascinated with the beauty products and how to interpret them for this thematical birthday. We thought it would be interesting to do something outside of a typical animation, so we did props like pinwheels. It’s just a fun idea that feels like a carnival.”
